چکیده

During my professional carrier, I participated in several digital content development projects, and doctoral dissertation examined the ecosystem of e-learning according to Design Science (DS) methodology. Partly from practical experience, partly comprehensive research, perceived that few indicators – which can be applied practice were determined about effectiveness efficiency a learning process.Traditionally, projects evaluated by ‘iron triangle’: project is completed on time, within budget right quality. This approach not fundamentally wrong, but as studies point out, it does provide complete picture, even lead false conclusions, determine wrong decisions. The present work aims focus specifically created product authoring tools (e.g. end result SCORM standard package). paper seek take into account whole process. In addition development, also important underline background these findings adult environments large or multinational corporations. In this article, summarise key technological, methodological financial (both performance indicators) for learner- content-centred materials. Together, form system gives opportunity evaluate compare materials its complexity.

Minimum Indicators to Assure Quality of LMS-supported Blended Learning

This study describes a set of institutional indicators that suggest minimum standards for the quality assurance of learning supported by learning management systems in blended contexts. The indicators are evaluated by comparing seven universities that use a common learning management system to support student learning experiences. The responses to a qualitative questionnaire provide evidence of...

Indicators of Self-regulation in Computer Supported Collaborative Learning

the problem of understanding whether Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) is taking place and whether students are developing SRL abilities in a Computer Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) environment. To this end, the authors propose a taxonomy of indicators based on Zimmerman’s learning cycle model, with several adaptations derived from subsequent research on SRL in Technology Enhanced Learning...

Animated science education: possible pitfalls of computer supported collaborative learning

Misconceptions – This notion is one of the grand themes of educational research in general and science education in particular. Students’ misconceptions of various scientific principles are recurrent topics in numerous studies, in for instance physics (D. E. Brown, 1992; Jones, 1991), biology (C. R. Brown, 1990; Odom, 1995) and chemistry (Goh, 1993; Nicoll, 2001; Sanger & Greenbowe, 1999). The ...

Using Learning Protocols to Structure Computer-Supported Cooperative Learning

A common problem of CSCL (Computer-Supported Cooperative Learning) is addressed: How can we coordinate goal-directed, effective interaction in a group of learners? We introduce the concept of learning protocols which originates in script theory. We then discuss which dimensions of cooperative learning can be supported by learning protocols and propose how learning protocols can be integrated in...
